In price ranges below $500,000 we are still seeing a market that is heavily swayed to Sellers with tight inventory, even into the Fall months.

One thing that has continued to affect the lower inventories is the pent up demand for new construction. Especially in the below $500,000 price point.

 

 

August numbers showed 84% of closings took place in the $100K – $500K range.
